Delivery: Beach and Games To Go strives to deliver and set up your rental gear at your vacation home, condo, villa, cottage, or hotel prior to 4pm, so it’s ready to go when you check in. Just sit back and enjoy your wonderful vacation!
Pickup: Once your stay in the Charleston area has ended, please leave your equipment in the area(s) it was left upon delivery.
Pickups from any type of vacation rental condo, home, or hotel begin at 9am on the scheduled day. For local residences, we will confirm a pickup time to ensure your use of the equipment is complete. Please call in advance should you need arrangements otherwise.

When will Beach and Games To Go deliver my equipment?
If you are staying in a vacation rental, Beach and Games To Go strives to have orders delivered prior to the general 4pm check-in time at your vacation destination. If you are staying with family or friends, we will make arrangements with them to have your items delivered prior to your arrival and picked up once you no longer need your gear.What if there is a problem with my order?
Beach and Games To Go strives to provide quality equipment, and we are happy to address and resolve any order issues immediately. We ask that you inspect all equipment upon arrival to your vacation destination. Please contact us regarding any issues within 24 hours of initial check-in time.
May I pick up my rental items?
Although Beach and Games To Go is a delivery-based business, if you contact us we will try to accommodate a pickup from our shop in Mount Pleasant.
How do I prepare my rental items for pick-up from my vacation rental?
Please leave the rental items where they were left upon delivery, and we will take care of breaking down equipment at pickup. The equipment is delivered clean and ready for your use; upon departure, please leave it respectfully clean - but there’s no need to wash beach towels or sanitize equipment, as we have our own meticulous cleaning protocols for gear after pickup. When renting beach toys please make sure all toys are gathered and back in the bag prior to your departure. For all other toys and games, please make sure EACH piece is in the proper bag or container.
*A replacement fee will be charged for damaged and/or missing equipment.*
What do I do if I need to cancel?
We understand that plans change. We just ask that you please let us know as soon as possible. If your equipment has NOT been delivered, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel once delivery has been made, you will receive 50% of the remaining rental as a refund.
