How Beach and Games To Go Works

Beach and Games To Go, created in January 2013, is locally owned by Paula Reavis. With almost 20 years experience in the vacation rental industry, we’re here to help make your vacation easy and enjoyable!

You may place your vacation equipment order online or by phone 843.304.1270. If you place your order online, a representative will call to confirm equipment availability and obtain your payment information.

Beach and Games To Go strives to have delivery of your rental equipment to your vacation home, condo, villa, cottage, or hotel made prior to 4pm. All you need to do is sit back and enjoy your wonderful vacation! Once your relaxing stay in the Charleston area has ended, please leave your equipment in the area(s) it was delivered for pick-up.

We are also happy to deliver short-term rentals for weddings, birthday parties, special events, and residential requests.

Pickups from any type of vacation rental condo, home, or hotel will begin at 9am the day scheduled. For local resident rentals, we will confirm a pickup time to ensure your use of the equipment is complete.

Please call in advance should you need arrangements otherwise.

When will Beach and Games To Go deliver my equipment?

If you are staying in a vacation rental, Beach and Games To Go strives to have orders delivered prior to the general 4pm check in time at your vacation destination. If you are staying with family or friends, we will make arrangements with them to have your items delivered prior to your arrival and to picked up once you no longer need your rental items.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Please inspect all equipment upon arrival to your vacation destination. Beach and Games To Go strives to provide quality equipment, as we are happy to address and resolve any issue immediately. Please contact us regarding any issues within 24 hours of initial check-in time!

May I pick up my rental items?

Beach and Games To Go is a delivery based business.

How do I prepare my rental items for pick-up from my vacation rental?

Please leave the rental items where they were upon delivery, Beach and Games To Go will take care of pick-up. The equipment is delivered clean and ready for your use; upon departure, please leave it respectfully clean. When renting toys please make sure all toys are gathered and back in the bag prior to your departure. For all toys and games, please make sure EACH piece is in the proper container. A replacement fee will be charged for damaged and/or missing equipment.

What do I do if I need to cancel?

Beach and Games To Go understands that plans change. If yours does, please let us know as soon as possible. If your equipment has not been delivered, you will receive a 100% refund. If you need to cancel the same day delivery is scheduled or after, you will receive a 50% rental credit for the remaining time (prorated based on pricing).
