Together we provide rentals for vacationers as well as corporate events, weddings, and parties. We have provided quality beach games and equipment rentals to the Greater Charleston Area for over 27 years. We have partnered with many of the vacation rental companies and hotels, as well as many of the Airbnb, VRBO and other private rentals.

Current Positions Available
Full Time Position: Rental Supervisor / Delivery Coordinator for Beach Games & Gear
- Seeking person to take on full-time responsibilities of equipment management/delivery for both companies
- Assist with phone and internet orders, customers payments & deliveries
- Organize orders and equipment for delivery & pickup; keep equipment clean and organized
- Compile equipment reports, including equipment usage and customer profiles
- Coordinate social media and marketing channels – lots of opportunities for pictures & videos while in the amazing homes, condos & hotels on our beautiful beaches & local resorts around the Charleston area
- Year round position – though businesses are seasonal: very busy March/April through September/October; most Saturdays, some Sundays, required in the busy season. A flexible schedule is more available in the off-season.
- Must be in good health and able to physically carry up to 45 lbs. (a crib)
- Valid driver’s license and insurance – will be driving a full size cargo van or an Explorer with & without a trailer (will teach to pull/back trailer)
- Starts at $18+/hr & monthly bonus potential
- Background check & clean driving record required
Additional responsibilities / info to discuss:
- Social media – Instagram, Facebook, Google Reviews & Google search info
- Pick-ups & deliveries – schedule/coordinate drivers (daily operations)
- Answer phone and take orders (timeliness), spreadsheets, organized filing
- Send confirmation emails and respond to email inquiries
- Coordinating with rental companies for access
- Maintain equipment inventory / quality control
- Load/unload van, trailers, etc. for deliveries/pick-ups; back trailers; lead driver responsibilities
- Tuesday or Wednesday as social media day & vacation follow-ups; build follower base, posts, engaging in posts
- Clean, organize, maintain equipment – cleanliness & set-up
- Availability / on-call
- Customer satisfaction!!

Off-season responsibilities / info to discuss
- Schedule social media posts
- Inventory handled to 100% – count & update
- Website enhancements
- All reports – RAP, equipment usage, etc.
- Goal establishment
- Performance: past season -> prepare for next
- Evaluate systems & protocols -> make recommendations
Part-Time (with potential to a full-time permanent position)
- Working with our team on busy delivery/pick-up days, providing beach equipment, games & gear.
- Must be organized and keep equipment clean and in order
- Must be in good health and able to physically carry up to 45 lbs.
- Knowledge of social media a plus
- Great part time opportunity with full time potential as we approach the busy season
- Hours will vary according to demand – business is seasonal, and very busy March/April through August/September – 10-20 hours per week (or more depending on your availability)
- Most Saturdays, some Sundays, required in spring/summer months – will work with flexible schedule
- Daytime hours
